Simple booking for shared rooms and desks

We are considering a shared booking service for US$10 per venue per month, with no annual commitment. It is not built and is not for sale. This page asks whether the proposed service would be useful to you. Nothing is billed and there is no delivery date.
The proposed plan would cover one venue, up to three bookable spaces, 25 members and 300 reservations a month. Members would see availability, make recurring reservations and cancel bookings. It would prevent overlapping reservations made within this service. Administrators would set opening hours and reservation length limits, and export or delete booking data.
It would not include payment collection, membership billing or credits, external calendar synchronisation, single sign-on, floor plans, hardware or staffed setup. It would not check bookings kept in another calendar. If your current calendar already covers your needs, you may not need another service.

What this page is
Shared Room Booking is a test of interest in a product that does not exist yet. Nothing here is for sale, nothing is billed, and nothing you enter commits you to anything.
What we collect, and why
- Visits. We count how many people view this page each day. The count is a number per day. It uses no cookies and records nothing about you: no address, no device, no identifier.
- The form, if you use it. We keep only what you type into the form and nothing else: your email address, your role, venue type, number of shared bookable spaces, current booking method, and interest in the proposed plan. We use it for one thing: to learn whether people like you want this product. We do not use it to send you anything unless the form said we would, and then only that.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
Form answers are deleted after 90 days. When you submit the form you are given a link that deletes your answer at once; keep it, or use it right away if you change your mind. If you lose the link, we may not be able to find your answer, because we hold nothing that ties an answer to you except what you typed.
Who sees it
The small team building this product: the people and systems working on it. We do not sell it, share it, or give it to anyone outside that team. We do not combine it with data from anywhere else.
